Tank sizes - 1,000-1,500-2,200-2,500 and 3,000 gallons. Septic tanks, Pump tanks, Grease traps, (three compartment) Sand-Oil and water separator. Our 1,000 and 1,500-Gallon tanks are manufactured with 4,000-PSI concrete, 1.5-lb fiber mesh per yard, and #3 rebar in 12" squares on top. Our 2,200 - 3,000 gallon tanks are also manufactured with 4,000-PSI concrete, 1.5-lb fiber mesh per yard and #4 rebar in 9" squares on the top and bottom for extra strength.
The waterproof Pump tank comes with the 24" plastic riser (6" extruding from tank) and Lid. This tank is manufactured with a special chemical, which not only keeps the water out but also in the event the tank develops a crack for whatever reason, the water flowing through, will activate the Crystals in the chemical and seals itself within 28 days. Guaranteed!
Plastic risers come in the height of 6", 12" and 18" x 24" wide, or 6"x20". The risers and lids are made out of heavy-duty plastic. Great asset to the consumer, this product will save $100's of dollars when having their septic tank/s pumped out every 3 to 5 years.
The lid is also available (Contractors Only) with personalized name and phone number
a minimum purchase of 100 lids and a one-time setup fee of $250.00 required.
All tanks are manufactured with inlet and outlet rubber boots making the tank watertight.
This concrete riser comes in three different sizes, 12"H, 18"H and 24"Hx36"Wx36"W, with the lid opening of 20"x20". The top thickness measures 3.5" and the sides at 3" from top to 2" at the bottom.
The 13.5"x 1" Compound sealant used for the sealant of tanks can also be used for the concrete riser when placing it on the tank, or even stacking them.
The Grease Trap Traffic Ring and Cover is available in 24"Wx 6"H.
